Hancock Community House has a range of meeting and consultation rooms available for hire.
Kikorangi, Whero and Kōwhai are suitable for up to 25 people each. Whero and Kōwhai can be combined to fit 50 people. Each of these rooms has a wall mounted TV with HDMI inputs and movable tables and chairs. A whiteboard can usually be provided subject to availability.
Karaka is suitable for smaller meetings of up to 8 people. This room is great for one-on-one consultations and small group discussions. Karaka can be booked for a maximum of 3 hours per week for external users.
After-hours bookings can only be accommodated if suitable access arrangements can be made, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please contact us to discuss this.
Please note that to ensure our tenant organisations are able to operate effectively, Kakariki is only available to Hancock House tenants.
