Kōwhai/Whero (Double Room)
Suitable for up to 40 people, or can be divided into 2 smaller rooms. Has a large TV with USB-C & HDMI inputs and video-conferencing system (BYO device to connect), movable tables and chairs and a whiteboard. |
Kikorangi (Blue Room)
Suitable for up to 20 people (theatre-style or in a circle) or 12 (boardroom-style). It has a wall mounted TV with USB-C & HDMI inputs, movable tables and chairs and a whiteboard. |
Karaka (Orange Room)
Suitable for smaller meetings of 4-6 people. Karaka can be booked for a maximum of 3 hours per week for external users and has a whiteboard |
Kakariki (Green Room)
Suitable for one on one consultations, or small meetings of up to 4 people. Kakariki can be booked for a maximum of 3 hours per week for external users and has a whiteboard |
Facilities & services
Free wifi is available using the Inspire Free network. There is a shared kitchenette available for your use, with hot water urns, cups, plates etc. Please supply your own tea and coffee. We can provide recommendations for nearby caterers.
After-hours bookings
Bookings outside of open hours (9am-4pm, Mon-Fri) may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please contact us to discuss this.
Make a booking
First-time hirers should complete the new hirer form. Returning users can email [email protected] to make a booking or request a login to Skedda to manage your own bookings if you are a regular. Reduced rates are available for community groups with charitable status, and for half- or full-day bookings.
Meeting room hire is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Rates above are inclusive of GST. Minimum charge is 30 minutes. Half day rate = 4-7 hours. Full day rate = 7+ hours.
